  1.   ⒉噴嘴溫度:噴嘴溫度通常是略低于料筒溫度的,這是為了避免熔料在直通式噴嘴可能發作的"流涎現象"。噴嘴溫度也不能過低,否則將會形成熔料的早凝而將噴嘴梗塞,或者由于早凝料注入模腔而影響制品的性能。
  2. Nozzle temperature: the nozzle temperature is usually slightly lower than the maximum temperature of the barrel, which is to avoid the "salivation phenomenon" that may occur when the melt is in the straight nozzle. The temperature of the nozzle should not be too low, otherwise the early setting of the melt will be formed and the nozzle will be blocked, or the performance of the product will be affected by the early setting material injected into the mold cavity.
  ⒊模具溫度:模具溫度對制品的內在性能和表觀質量影響很大。模具溫度的上下決議于塑料結晶性的有無、制品的尺寸與構造、性能請求,以及其它工藝條件(熔料溫度、注射速度及注射壓力、模塑周期等)。
  3. Mold temperature: mold temperature has a great influence on the internal performance and apparent quality of products. The temperature of the mold depends on the crystallinity of the plastic, the size and structure of the product, performance requirements, and other process conditions (melt temperature, injection speed, injection pressure, molding cycle, etc.).
