  1冷隔的宏觀形狀
  1 macroscopic shape of cold insulation
  冷隔的宏觀外形是指金屬液體在壓鑄時由于所受壓力的轉變以致充型時不連續或不安穩。當有些模具溫度偏低時,以致先進入型腔的少量液體碰著型壁頓時固結成表皮層,該表皮層會很快被水汽和油煙氧化成極薄的金屬層,而后進入的金屬液體在其表面掩飾固結后組成該層界面。由于該層界面有氧化氣象,與基體接洽強度較低,在脫模拉力、外部氣體膨脹力和碰到低溫、噴丸和低壓等外力的后果下,表層簡略脫開起皮。

  The macroscopical shape of the cold shut refers to the discontinuity or instability of the filling of the metal liquid due to the pressure change during the die casting. When the temperature of some molds is low, a small amount of liquid entering the mold cavity first meets the mold wall and immediately solidifies into a skin layer. The skin layer will soon be oxidized into a very thin metal layer by water vapor and oil smoke, and then the metal liquid entering the mold will mask and solidify on its surface to form the interface of the layer. Due to the oxidation of the interface between the layer and the substrate, the strength of the interface is relatively low. Under the effects of the pulling force of demoulding, the expansion force of the external gas and the external forces such as low temperature, shot peening and low pressure, the surface simply peels off.
  2皮下存在微氣孔

  有些脫皮是皮下氣縮孔在外力后果下釋放的結果。如果鑄件間接壓鑄進去后,表面沒有明顯的脫皮,但在壓鑄件噴丸后才表示進去,拋丸的強度越大或時候越長,脫皮氣象就會越嚴格,這是由于壓鑄件表面或皮下有微氣孔和氣泡等惹起的脫皮毛病。
  Some desquamation is the result of the release of subcutaneous gas pores under the effect of external forces. If there is no obvious peeling on the surface of the casting after indirect die-casting, but it is indicated after shot peening of the casting. The greater the strength of shot peening or the longer the time is, the more strict the peeling weather will be. This is due to the peeling disease caused by micro pores and bubbles on the surface or under the skin of the casting.
  3有些表面精密性不良

  有些脫皮是由于有些鑄件表面精密性不可或者嚙合性不佳,在外力后果下精密層毀壞惹起的。鑄件在經由過程拋丸處置和低壓干凈后呈現半掉落氣象是由于表面精密層在2次壓力打擊下,吸附力更單薄的表層受到毀壞,而后翻邊或掉落。
